Pinkalulu was initiated by Victor Neo, one of the youngest Group CEOs and Deputy Board Chairmen in the history of the Singapore Exchange (SGX). With over two decades of leadership in technology, digital innovation, and business building across Asia, Victor successfully listed a company on SGX within just nine years — an achievement rare even among seasoned entrepreneurs.

In 2023, Victor exited his technology group and shifted his focus to a long-held passion: beauty, wellness, and empowering individuals.
