We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

Defective or Not-as-Described Items

If you receive a defective product or one that is not as described, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase. Please contact our team and provide proof of purchase to begin the process.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receipt, provided it is:

·       Unused and in original condition

·       In original packaging

·       Accompanied by valid proof of purchase 

Returns for change of mind are subject to approval and may be refunded as store credit or exchanged at our discretion.

Please note: Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs may also be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

 Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless found defective:

·       Promotional or sale items marked non-refundable

·       Custom or personalised items

·       Gift cards

·       Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
